Kelly Kettle Firebase or Pot Support

The Kelly Kettle Firebase or Pot Support is a multi-functional stainless steel accessory. Use it on top of the chimney to cook quick foods while your kettle boils, or flip it under the fire base to level uneven ground and prevent scorch marks.

Two ways to use it

Pot support: sit the Kelly Kettle cook set on top of the chimney as the water boils, using heat that would otherwise be wasted. You can feed more fuel through it without removing it.

Fire base stand: flip it over and press it into sloping ground to make a level platform. It lifts the hot fire base off lawns, decking and picnic tables, and stays cool to the touch.

Important

The kettle must always be full of water when using the pot support. Never let it boil dry, as this will overheat the chimney and may ruin the kettle. Only use it for quick foods such as noodles, rice, oats, soup and rehydrating meals.
