Bla Band Beef with Potato and Bearnaise

Bla Band Beef with Potato and Bearnaise is one of Bla Band’s dry main meals. The range was originally developed for the military and is made for outdoor use: tear the top off, add water, close the pouch and eat straight from it.

Bla Band combine freeze drying, vacuum drying, puff drying and air drying, choosing the best method for each ingredient to keep its colour, flavour and texture. The wide, shallow pouch is easy to eat from, has water level markings inside, and insulating side labels keep food hot and easier to hold.

How to prepare

• Tear off the top and fold out the bottom
• Add 400ml of boiling water (level H)
• Stir
• Re-seal and wait 10 minutes

Add more water if needed. You can also use cold water: allow more than 30 minutes.
